  • How can I access the BrainStation Team Leader Guide?

  • If I purchase 20 licenses and later delete a user, can I reuse the license associated with that user?

    YES, if you have purchased 20 licenses the system allows you to have up to 20 active users at any given time. If you delete a user that user is no longer counted against your 20 licenses.  

  • When I click on “Buy Licenses” I get an error saying that function is unavailable.

    This is typically because your account was purchased from a Bigger Brains reseller – contact your reseller to add more licenses to your account.  

  • If I delete a user can I still run reports on their past activity?

     NO, once a user is deleted they no longer appear in reports or your dashboard.  

  • Can we have multiple Team Leaders of our organization?

    A. Yes, mostly. Any members in a team can be promoted to the TA: Yes, mostly. Any member in a Team can be promoted to the Team Leader functionality, which allows them to run reports, add courses, and assign courses to other members. Team Leaders can also access the Team Management portal using the Manage Team tab. 

    However there is only one Team Management portal login for each Team. Those login credentials can be shared with appropriate people inside the organization who have responsibilities to add, remove, and change members through the Team Management portal login. 

  • How do I change a user’s password?

    Within the team management console you can locate your user's under the Members tab within that tab you can identify and select the specific user. Once you click on that user click the Edit login button and from there you can assign the user a new password.
