Which Login Should I be Using?

Since we started migrating members of the BiggerMSP program into our new UMS in March of 2025, the login screen has added some new buttons. In order to make sure everyone is able to access their version of the UMS correctly, please refer to the information below to know where Resellers, Team Managers, and Users should log in.

The new UMS officially launched in March of 2025. If you have not communicated with our Customer Support team and received confirmation that you have been migrated into the new UMS, you need to log in to the old UMS to manage clients.

I use Reseller Credentials to log in and I have not migrated to the new UMS: #

Reseller Credentials are the initial login credentials provided to you when you join the BiggerMSP Program. This credential allows you to log in to the Reseller Portal directly. If you have not migrated to the new UMS yet, you will need to select the ‘Reseller Login (Old Platform)’ link.

I use Reseller Credentials to log in and I have migrated to the new UMS: #

Reseller Credentials are the initial login credentials provided to you when you join the BiggerMSP Program. This credential allows you to log in to the Reseller Portal directly. If you have migrated to the new UMS, you will need to select the ‘Reseller Login (New Platform)’ link.

Since the Reseller Credentials only allow one person to log in to the Reseller Portal at a time, and sometimes it can be beneficial to allow multiple people to access the Reseller Portal, we recommend creating Users with ‘Reseller Access’. This article will explain how to grant ‘Reseller Access’ to a User.

I use Team Management Credentials: #

Team Management Credentials allow one individual to log in directly to the Team Management Portal. It is commonly used to allow clients to manage reports, Users, and course visibility on the Team level.

A Team Leader has all the same functionality as a Team Manager. The only differences are how they are created and where they log in. To learn how to make a Team Leader in the new UMS, read this article.

Since the Team Management feature is not currently available in the new UMS, any Team Managers logging in to their Team in the old UMS will need to go to the following URL.

I have a User login with ‘Team Leader’ access: #

Having a User login with special access is the easiest way to log in to a Portal. For Users with ‘Team Leader’ access, simply enter your User login into the highlighted area below.

You will be logged in to BrainStation. Inside BrainStation, click on the ‘Team Leader’ tab in the top right corner of the page.

In the Team Leader tab, select the ‘Manage Teams’ option from the menu. From the drop-down list, select ‘Manage Team’. This will log you in to the Team Management Portal.

I have a User login with ‘Reseller Access’: #

Having a User login with special access is the easiest way to log in to a Portal. For Users with ‘Reseller Access’, simply enter your User login into the highlighted area below.

You will be logged in to BrainStation. Inside BrainStation, click on the ‘Reseller’ tab in the top right corner of the page.

In the Reseller tab, select the ‘Reseller’ option from the menu. From the drop-down list, select ‘Login as Reseller’. This will log you in to the Reseller Portal.

I have Users trying to log in. Either New or Old UMS: #

Users can log in to BrainStation by entering their credentials in the highlighted box below. For Users, it does not matter whether the Reseller account is hosted in the new or old UMS.
