By default, all users in BrainStation will see all Bigger Brains content. This can include courses that are not relevant for them, such as old versions of Microsoft Office, or Sexual Harassment courses for other states.  

Bigger Brains offers a Course Visibility feature which allows Team Leaders to adjust the default Course Visibility for their Team, or to specifically control the Course Visibility for any single User.  Those instructions are here: https://help.getbiggerbrains.com/en_US/team-leader/course-visibility .

At the Reseller level, you can define a default Course Visibility Template which will apply by default to all of your client Teams.  Each Team or User's Course Visibility can be adjusted to override the Template, but your Course Visibility Template will be the starting point for all Teams and Users until and unless their own settings are edited. 

To set your Course Visibility Template: 

1. Access your Reseller Portal (from the user account click Team Leader, Reseller, Login As Reseller)
2. Look for Visibility Template on the leftside:
