Creating a Team: Editing a Team: Deleting a Team:

Teams can be created from the Reseller Portal. In most cases, a Team will represent a client organization or a group of similar individuals such as Individual Sales or Staff Use. To add a client organization to the Reseller Portal, their company must be added as a Team.

 

Please Note:

Only Users with Reseller Access can access the Reseller Portal and create a Team. 

 

 

Creating a Team:

 

  • Access the Reseller Portal.
  • Select Teams from the left-side menu.

 

 

  • Click the Create New button in the top right corner of the page.

 

 

  • Complete the Team Information form.
  • When finished, select the Create button at the bottom of the form.

 

Please Note:

The Maximum User Count field sets the limit for how many Users can belong to a Team. Since Team Leaders can create and delete Users, this field helps ensure a Team never exceeds its allotted license count. This field is not mandatory and can be left blank.

Additionally, the Username and Password fields in the Login Information section are no longer used and will be removed from the Team Management Portal. Users with Team Leader permissions are responsible for Team management.

 

 

 


 

Editing a Team:

 

  • Select Teams from the left-side menu.
  • Find the Team you would like to edit.
  • Select the Team Name.

 

 

  • This will open the Team Information form.

 

 

  • Make any necessary changes to the Team information.
  • When finished, select the Save button at the bottom of the form.

 


 

Deleting a Team:

 

  • Find the Team you would like to delete.
  • Click the Action icon next to the Team.

 

 

  • Select Delete from the pop-out menu.
  • You will receive a confirmation box asking if you really want to delete the Team and any associated members.

 

Please Note:

Deleting a Team will delete all Users associated with that Team, and cannot be undone. If you delete a Team in error, contact support@bigger-brains.com for guidance. You can recreate a Team, and if Users have the same email address as previously used, all their progress and settings will still be available if recreated within 90 days.

 

 

  • Select Yes, I'm sure.
