How Should Resellers Log In?

If you are a User with Reseller Access trying to access the Reseller Portal, you will login page at brainstationlms.com. Rest assured, accessing the Reseller Portal is an easy process.
Please Note:
Only Users with Reseller Access will be able to enter the Reseller Portal. If you have recently joined the BiggerMSP Program, the login credentials provided to you by our staff have already been granted Reseller Access.
Accessing the Reseller Portal:
- Start at brainstationlms.com.
- Enter your login credentials in the main Sign In boxes.
Please Note:
Most of the time, you will log in with normal User credentials. There is a Reseller Login option at the bottom of this screen, but this can only be used with the single set of master Reseller Credentials assigned for each Reseller, and is generally no longer needed. If you have no User accounts that have Reseller Access permitted, you might use the Reseller Login function, but otherwise, this can be ignored.
- After signing into BrainStation, click the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Reseller Login from the drop-down menu.
- This will log you into the Reseller Portal where you can administer your clients and settings.
