The Bigger Brains Licensing Server registers each unique User who accesses a course. Each course is tracked separately, so that if a clients has 100 User Licenses for a library, each course in the library allows up to 100 unique Users.

When 90% of the User Licenses are in use, the course will highlight in yellow on the course download page. If Licenses run out, the course will highlight in red.

If the User Licenses are exhausted, or if the License term is expired, the next unique User who tries to access a course will receive a message saying the License is expired and to contact Bigger Brains support. All previous unique Users can continue accessing the course normally.
