The Team Management Portal is where individuals can create Users for a Team. There are lots of possibilities for Team or User customization within the Team Management Portal, so this article will present an overview of what can be found within.

 

Please Note:

The Team Management Portal can only be accessed by Users with Team Leader access. If a Team is being managed by a Reseller, Users with Reseller Access will be able to enter and edit the Team Management Portal as well.

 

 

Access the Team Management Portal:

 

  • Go to the Team Dashboard.

 

 

  • Select Manage Teams from the dashboard menu.
  • Click Manage Team from the drop-down list.

 

 

  • Once selected, you will be brought to the Team Management Portal.

 

 


 

Profile Icon:

 

In the top right corner of the Team Management Portal, there is a profile icon. Clicking on the profile icon will allow you to edit the information for your Team.

 

 

 


 

Members Tab:

 

Clicking the Members tab opens a drop-down list. There are three options on the drop-down list, their purpose is explained below.

 

List Page:

 

On the List page you can see all the Users associated with your Team.

 

 

  • To add a new User to the Team, select Create New.

  • By selecting CSV Export, you can export a .CSV file of all the User information for a Team.

 

 

  • If you would like to log in to BrainStation as a specific User, select the Login As icon.

 

 

Please Note:

Any courses that are started or accessed when logged in as a User will show up for that User when they log in to BrainStation.

 

 

  • Selecting the Action icon will open a drop-down list.

  • Clicking the Courses icon next to a User will allow you to set Course Visibility restrictions for that specific User.
    • To learn more about editing Course Visibility for a User, read this article.

 

 


 

Upload Page:

 

The Upload page allows an individual to bulk create multiple Users at once. To learn more about how to upload a .TXT or .CSV file of User information, read this article.

 

 

 


 

Azure Entra Sync Page:

 

On the Azure Entra Sync Page you will see a Connect Microsoft OAuth button. Users in BrainStation can be imported or synced from your Microsoft 365 tenant using the Bigger Brains Entra ID sync. To learn more about how to sync Users from Entra ID, read this article.

 

 


 

Course Visibility Tab:

 

Inside the Course Visibility tab, you will be able to set Course Visibility restrictions for your entire Team. For more information on how to edit Course Visibility for a Team, read this article.

 

 


 

Themes Tab:

 

When you enter the Themes tab, you are given the opportunity to upload a logo. The logo that is uploaded on this page will be shown inside BrainStation when anyone from the Team accesses BrainStation. For more information on uploading a logo, read this article.

 

 

 


 

Documentation Tab:

 

Under the Documentation tab you will be able to access the Bigger Brains knowledge base at any time. Here you will find articles that explain what can be done within the Team Management Portal as well as BrainStation.
