Resetting Your Password

There are two ways to reset your password: when you try to log in to BrainStation and from within your BrainStation profile. Let's review both.
Logging In to BrainStation:
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email associated with your User account.
- Select Submit.
- You will receive the following screen.
- An email will be sent to the email address provided.
- Click the link within the email to reset your password.
- Enter your preferred new password in both available fields.
- Select Submit.
- You will be alerted that your password has been updated.
From BrainStation Profile:
- Enter BrainStation.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
- Select Update Password.
- Enter your preferred password in both available fields.
- Select Submit.
- You will be alerted that your password has been updated.
