Firewall Issues
If your SCORM courses fail to fully load, or show blank content, your firewall may be blocking our content

Occasionally Bigger Brains courses may be blocked or partially blocked by a network firewall.
The symptoms of a firewall issue may include:
- A blank screen where content should be showing, especially the video window
- An error referencing an expired or invalid license, when the customer's license is still valid
- Videos displaying but not playing, or showing as blank content
To resolve a firewall issue, ask your IT department to add these domains to your allow list (whitelist):
For course files received in or after May 2024:
*.tripletech.biz
IP addresses include 192.232.237.143, 20.118.48.7, and 52.85.151.83
For course files received prior to May, 2024:

- prod-nplayer.dacast.com
- dacastmmod-mmd-cust.lldns.net
- vzaarleg-mmd-cust.lldns.net

The tripletech.biz domain is Bigger Brains’ licensing server and general hosting platform.
The various dacast and vzaar domains are our primary video hosting provider as of 2023.
The lldns.net domains are a CDN used by Dacast
The theoplayer.com domain is for the video player software used by Dacast.
In 2024 Bigger Brains has implemented a streamlined video hosting solution which only requires the tripletech.biz domain (and associated subdomains) to be allowed in order for our courses to function, however older courses may still require the additional domains.
