Lesson sharing allows users to easily distribute individual lessons with colleagues or peers, providing a flexible way to share educational content. This feature works across various courses and offers multiple sharing methods.

Important: Shared lesson links are temporarily accessible, typically valid for 10 days and limited to 10 views to prevent unauthorized distribution.

Sharing Options

Users can share lessons through three primary methods:

  1. Share via Email: Send a direct link to a specific lesson through email, with optional custom message
  2. Share in Teams: Post the lesson link directly into a Microsoft Teams channel
  3. Copy Link: Generate a shareable URL that can be pasted into documents, chat platforms, or other communication channels

Note: Only individual lessons can be shared, not entire courses. Lesson sharing may be enabled or disabled by team administrators.
