Assigning to a User:
- Access the Team Dashboard.
- Open the Compliance tab.
- Find a policy and select Assign.

- Choose Users to assign the policy to.
Please Note:
If desired, you can choose a Due Date on this screen. If no Due Date is chosen, the Default Due Date rule determined in the Policy Details will be used.

- If you would like to reset User progress, check the Reset Progress box.
- Enter a Cutoff Date to archive past progress.
Please Note:
For example, a manager may not want to include course progress or completions from previous years, but may want to include recent progress within the last 1-3 months so Users don't feel their recent efforts were in vain.

- When ready, select Assign Selected Users.
- If the box is checked, assigned Users will receive an email notification of their new policy assignment.
Please Note:
Users will also receive notifications about upcoming Due Dates which will arrive 7 days before, 3 days before, and on the actual Due Date. If the policy is still not completed on the Due Date, overdue reminders will be sent on the day after the Due Date and every 7 days thereafter until the policy is in compliance.

- On the renewal date, the User will receive an email notification that the policy has been reassigned to them.
Please Note:
On the renewal date, all previous activity related to the policy will be archived and the User can begin again.
- Users with Team Leader or Team Assistant Access will receive an email notification when renewal emails are sent to Users.
