Easily import users from your Autotask PSA directory!
Bigger Brains integrates with Autotask to make it easy to bring over your teams and users from Autotask into Bigger Brains.

In short:
- In Autotask, in the Admin, Resources/Users, New API User
- Create a new API User, choose “Bigger Brains” as the Integration Vendor. (The default on everything else should be OK)
- Use the buttons provided in Autotask to generate the API username and secret
- In Bigger Brains, in your Reseller Portal, choose a Team and click “Add Member”
- Use the Autotask button at the top to enter your Autotask username and secret
- Then choose the organization and select the users.
- Those users will be imported into the current Team
