When you log in to BrainStation, you’ll land on the My Courses page. This article will serve as a walkthrough of the My Courses page, helping you understand where to find your courses, what each tab represents, and how to navigate as a User.

The My Courses page includes five tabs:

• Active
• Overdue
• Completed
• Favorites
• Recommended

Each tab shows the number of courses it contains. For example, if your Active tab shows Active (13), that means you have 13 courses currently in progress.

Active Courses:

• The Active tab will show you all of your recently accessed or assigned courses. 
• This tab will separate your total Active courses into two categories:
  • RECENT
  • ASSIGNED
• Each category indicates how many items are associated with it. 
  • For example, ASSIGNED (9) means that there are 9 courses listed under the ASSIGNED category. 

Recent Courses:

• The first category under the Active tab is RECENT courses. 
• Use the arrow icons to scroll through the list of courses from left to right.
  • You will be able to see the date each course was last accessed and the progress of each course.

Assigned Courses:

• The second category under the Active tab is ASSIGNED courses.
  • Courses assigned by a Team Leader or Team Assistant are listed here.
• Use the arrow icons to scroll through the list of courses from left to right.
  • You will be able to see any due dates as well as any progress associated with a course. 

Overdue Courses:

• The Overdue tab shows courses assigned to you that haven’t been completed by their due date.
• If you have started a course, a course progress indicator will show the percentage of the course completed.

Completed Courses:

• Once a course has been completed, it will be listed under the Completed tab.
• These courses will show you the date they were completed.

• Select Download Certificate to download and print a Certificate of Completion.

• Click Digital Badge to add your awarded badge to your LinkedIn profile.
  • You can also download your digital badge and share it to other social networks.

Favorite Courses:

• By selecting the Favorites tab, you will be able to view courses you mark as a favorite.

Managing Favorites:

• You can mark courses as a Favorite by selecting the heart icon.
  • When a course is marked as a Favorite, the heart icon will turn green.

• You can remove a course from your Favorites tab in two ways.
  • Select the green heart icon to revert it back to a white heart icon.
  • Click the Remove button for the course from the Favorites tab.

Accessing Favorited Courses:

• You can also access your Favorite Courses through your profile icon.
• Select your profile icon in the top-right corner of BrainStation.

• From the drop-down menu, click Favorites.

• This will bring you to your Favorite Courses page.

Recommended Courses:

• The Recommended tab will show you all of the courses that BrainStation recommends based on the courses you have completed and your job title.
