Overview of the Content Library Page

For Users in BrainStation, there are three main pages; My Courses, Content Library, and Report. This article will serve as a walkthrough of the Content Library page, helping you understand where to find courses, what each tab represents, and how to navigate as a User.
The Content Library page can include all or some of the tabs listed below:
- Bigger Brains
- Team Courses
- Learning Paths
- Community Courses
- Microsoft Learn Courses
- A Reseller Library
Bigger Brains:
- The Bigger Brains tab will show courses from the Bigger Brains library.
- To find specific course topics, use the Filter By Category search.
- To change how available courses are listed, use the Sort By filter.
Please Note:
Users with Team Leader or Reseller Access are able to create course visibility restrictions for an entire Team or specific Users. If you are looking for a specific course and are unable to find it, reach out to your Team Leader.
Team Courses:
- The Team Courses tab will show custom courses created by Users with Team Assistant or Team Leader access.
- To change how custom courses are listed, use the Sort By filter.
Please Note:
Custom courses that appear in this tab are unique to your Team. Courses created by Users with Team Assistant or Team Leader access are not shared with other Teams.
Learning Paths:
- The Learning Paths tab will show Learning Paths created by Users with Team Assistant or Team Leader access.
- To change how Learning Paths are listed, use the Sort By filter.
Please Note:
Learning Paths that appear in this tab are unique to your Team. Learning Paths created by Users with Team Assistant or Team Leader access are not shared with other Teams.
Community Courses:
- The Community Courses tab will show free public courses created by other BrainStation Users, using freely available public resources.
- To find specific course topics, search the categories listed on the left-side of the screen.
- To search for a course, use the search bar.
- Any User can create a community course by selecting Create Your Own Course.
- All courses are submitted for approval before they are added to the Community Courses tab.
- To access community courses you have made, select View My Community Courses.
Please Note:
Community courses can be created by any User in BrainStation. Courses that are approved to be added to the Community Library are visible to any Team showing the Community Courses tab in BrainStation.
Microsoft Learn Courses:
- The Microsoft Learn Courses tab will show free, interactive, and task-based learning modules covering Microsoft products and services.
- To find specific courses, use the Level, Content Type, or Duration filters.
- To search for a course, use the Search Bar.
A Reseller Library:
- A Reseller Library tab will show you custom courses built by Users with Reseller Access.
- Reseller Library names can be customized by Users with Reseller Access.
- To change how courses in a Reseller Library are listed, use the Sort By filter.
