Team Dashboard Overview
Discover key features of the Team Dashboard to enhance collaboration and streamline management effectively.

When a User is granted Team Assistant or Team Leader access, they are able to reach the Team Dashboard in BrainStation. A User without special permissions will see a header menu that only shows their own course reports. When a User is granted Team Assistant or Team Leader access, the Report page, changes to a Team Dashboard.


Exploring the Team Dashboard:
Dashboard:
- Enter the Team Dashboard.
- On this page you will find a variety of graphs as well as a menu of tabs.
- The graphs will give you insight into the activity within your Team.

Reports:
- Select Reports from the dashboard menu.
- This will open a drop-down list showing the types of reports you can create.

Manage Teams:
- Select Manage Teams from the dashboard menu.
- This will open a drop-down list of options.

- Selecting Manage Team from the drop-down list will redirect you to the Team Management Portal.
- Clicking Manage Subteams will allow you to group select Users together.

- Choosing Send Email to Teams will allow you to send emails to Users on your Team from BrainStation.
CourseBuilder:
- Click CourseBuilder from the dashboard menu.
- This will open the CourseBuilder page where you can create custom courses.

Learning Paths:
- Select Learning Path from the dashboard menu.
- This page will allow you to group courses together so they can be assigned as a single unit.

Course Assignment:
- Click Course Assignment from the dashboard menu.
- This will open a drop-down list of assignment options.
- To learn about setting and editing assignments, read this article.

Settings:
- Select Settings from the dashboard menu.

- The three checkboxes on this page affect how BrainStation is set up for the entire Team.

- The checkboxes work in the following way:

Enable Community Library
- When unchecked, Users will not be able to see Community Library courses when searching the Content Library.

Suppress Email
- When unchecked, Users are able to receive emails from BrainStation discussing login information and/or assignments.

Enable Microsoft Learn
- When unchecked, Users will not be able to see the Microsoft Learn library when searching the Content Library.
