Potential Issue
The most common cause for this is a network firewall blocking one of our video hosting partner’s sites. Unfortunately, they have several domains that are required for our videos to play properly, which include:
- tripletech.biz
- prod-nplayer.dacast.com
- dacastmmod-mmd-cust.lldns.net
- vzaarleg-mmd-cust.lldns.net
- dacast.com
- license.theoplayer.com
- vzaar.com
If the problem is happening on all videos, it’s likely the network firewall issue. If it’s just one video, it may be an error in your course package, and we may have to send a replacement. Please contact us as support@bigger-brains.com.
