First once you select to upload a Single Question module you must name that module. Afterward you can enter the question that you would like to prompt the user.
After you enter your question, it’s required to have correct feedback, incorrect feedback, and minimum two answer choices.
Once you are complete you can select Add module and you will be prompted with this signifying you’ve uploaded the minimum requirements successfully.
